Today I rode in the Cruisin' de Hood bike rally in Granbury, and man what a bitch of a ride..... 63 miles of Hills, one after another. I finished in 4 hours and 10 minutes, with and average speed of 14.9 mph. that's actually better than the Lancaster ride.... my mph went down by 0.1 but there were 4 times the hills in this ride and, what seemed like, an endless climb up Chalk Mountain.

Again the weather was great, wind was minimal and the organizers were as friendly as could be!

I might be doing the Metric Century Bicycle Rally and German fest in Muenster next Saturday if anyone is interested all riders get free entrance to the Festival after the ride along with 2 free beer coupons. The ride starts at 11:00am and they will have routes of 22, 40, and 63 miles.......
