Today was my first ride of the new year. It was about 60º with a strong 17mph wind from the South. Unfortunately, I was only able to ride 6 and a half miles, my lungs just couldn't take anymore.

I've been sick for the past few weeks and thought I was over it, but apparently my lungs haven't completely recovered.

anyway, the milage will add up end, 6 is better than none....
