my lazy ways are no more..... I got back on the bike yesterday and did a nice little 8+ mile ride. It felt freakin great!
....and the 16mph winds didnt seem to bother a bit.
Thats a good sign!

The hardest part is getting up to go cycling. Once you're out of bed it's easy going
